Senator Feinstein, Back the Green New Deal

Mitch McConnell is forcing a vote in the Senate on the Green New Deal Resolution. He’s doing this for the sole purpose of voting it down–a cheap political game that makes a joke out of the climate crisis and our futures. And Dianne Feinstein has not yet committed to voting in favor of the resolution. So we’re going to rally at her office to DEMAND that she back the Green New Deal!

The Green New Deal resolution that was introduced in Congress last week was only a resolution. It was not a full bill with detailed policies. This resolution is a starting point. It is our chance – the people’s chance – to fight for the climate solutions we need to save our communities and humankind.
We must take action. Join the growing call – from the youth to the grandparents – demanding our elected officials support the Green New Deal for our futures.
