Next week, on Wednesday, July 22nd at 7pm, please join us and our guest, Barbara Clifton Zarate of the White Buffalo Woman’s Council for a special conversation. In October 2016 she visited Standing Rock and the Oceti Sakowin Camp in North Dakota in solidarity with the Water Protectors in opposition to the Dakota Access. Upon her return, she shared her experiences there with 350Marin members. Now, Barbara will join us with her thoughts and reactions as we all discuss the implications for the climate movement of the great news that, suddenly, three major pipelines fossil fuel opponents have been fighting for years have either been significantly delayed by the courts, or given up on by their developer: The Dakota Access Pipeline, the Keystone Pipeline and the Atlantic Pipeline.
