Tuesday, March 9th, Tell Novato City Council: “NO COSTCO MEGA-GAS Station”!

As you may know, on March 9, Novato City Council will hear an application from Costco to build a 28-pump gas station at Vintage Oaks in Novato. This gas station is unneeded and ecologically damaging, and counter to the Novato City Council’s recent Climate Emergency declaration that it will prioritize addressing our climate crisis in all future planning. It’s likely that only strong public opposition to Costco’s plan before the Council can stop this plan from going forward at this point. If possible, join the Novato Council zoom meeting tomorrow and voice your opposition. Here are the full range of options that you can choose to do one or all of to help stop this unwise and damaging project from being approved. Note: you do not have be a Novato resident to comment on this as many in Marin shop at Vintage Oaks or are Costco members:
